Commercial
Why Choose Crushrite as your commercial Concrete Supplier:
Quality
Less headaches and peace of mind
- We only use fully certified aggregates for our commercial projects. Each aggregate has been tested at the time of production and fully meets CSA A23.1 standards
- Our concrete plants hold current certification with Concrete Sask Association, certifying that our plant and concrete trucks meet the requirements of CSA A23.1
- Our Esterhazy and Moosomin concrete plants have not failed a compressive strength test in over 10 years
- We employ civil engineer technicians and technologists to take plastic and hardened tests, and we regularly perform hardened tests in our laboratory
- We are well versed with all sorts of mix designs, including CFA Piling designs, Self Consolidating Concrete, High Performance Concrete, Low slump and no slump concrete, Fillcrete (Low Strength controlled materials) and designs conforming to all classes of exposure in CSA
- We can provide engineered stamped designs upon request
- For large volume concrete work, we can provide a quality manual for each specific project, upon request
Speed and Capabilities
Time = Money
- All of our mixer operators have completed the Concrete Professional Drivers program through Concrete Sask as a part of our training program; meaning our drivers will get in and out of your job site efficiently and effectively
- Our fleet size allows us to haul 75 meters3 in one round
- Our plant capacity produces 80 meters3 per hour without issue and we use large capacity trucks for hauling, speeding up your pour with less frequency of backing in and out of your concrete pumps
- For any of our projects, we open a Slack® channel with our client which allows us easy communication between our team and your team
Safety
We care about the people on your project
- Our company has had its COR certification with the Heavy Construction Association of Saskatchewan since 2008
- Our large capacity trucks mean less potential incidents with fewer loads being delivered per pour
- Our company has liability insurance for $10 Million and our WCB account is in good standing
- Our company was one of the first companies during the COVID-19 pandemic in the area to enforce masks and distancing, well before it was provincially mandated because we wanted to ensure our projects weren’t shut down by SHA
